They say there are two types of people: Those who go all-out with holiday stuff right after Halloween, and those who insist on waiting until after Thanksgiving to start leaning into the Christmas spirit. But if I may, I'd like to present a third specimen: those who start very subtly sneaking hints of festiveness throughout November. And with her latest nail art, it seems Dua Lipa is a member of that club.
It appears Lipa may already be feasting with family and friends this Thanksgiving week, as she's been sharing photos on her Instagram Stories of what appear to be some creative tacos. But even if she thinks the food is the focal point of her culinary closeups, it's impossible to ignore her manicure.

We can see only her thumbs, but that's more than enough to give us a full idea of the design. The long almond-shaped nails have a pale, peachy-pink base, and they're topped off with silver foil-like stars. (Lipa didn't indicate which of her favorite nail artists created the look, so we can't be sure if the stars are painted or stuck on.)

It's truly a perfect way to allude to your excitement about the holiday season without going full-throttle on Thanksgiving with something like a green-and-red French manicure topped with snowflakes. Not that there's anything wrong with that! But for those of us who like a little holiday transitional period, these photos are going to be shown to our nail tech next time we head to the salon.
